Organic artichoke hearts preserved in water and a little sea salt, with citric acid as the only acidulant — nothing else. The texture is tender, the flavour delicate and vegetal. Open the jar and serve them as they are, with olive oil and lemon, or warm them gently in a pan with garlic.
